Since a signature is required, orders may be delivered to your place of work or another more convenient destination. In order to protect our clients against fraud, these alternate addresses need to be confirmed with your credit card or financing institution. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate address.

If you are not completely satisfied – for any reason – you may return your purchase for a store credit minus any shipping, processing & restocking fees.
We do not offer money back.
Special orders or customized jewelry will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Purchases are eligible for exchange only when Joint Venture Jewelry is notified within the first 5 calendar days after delivery. Items must be shipped back within 14 calendar days from purchase. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as it was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered, or worn.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Simply call 919-678-0092 to obtain the RA# and then securely package your item(s).
Ship your item to the following address: Joint Venture 12218 Bradford Green Square #141 Cary, NC 27519 and insure it for the total retail value.
IMPORTANT: Please do not put the word jewelry anywhere on the package.
